The BLON Festival fostered knowledge and created smiles

2. February – 5. February the BLON Festival took place in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The festival is an animation and video games festival.  Participants from all over the Baltic-Nordic region had a great time sharing experiences and getting into closer collaborations. They created a lot of smiles and played a great part in strengthening the networks between animation and games industries. There were great responses from industry professionals, who saw how the festival fostered new knowledge and inspiration. Doing the 4 days key animation and games organizations were united towards creative cooperation in their field of profession and  both guests and participants gave positive feedback of the event.

Among the participants were the Danish filmmaker and stop-motion puppet animation specialist, Johan Oettinger. Johan made a brilliant presentation, in which he shared his knowledge and experiences. His creative mind played an important part in the overall experience of the event.
